The production is full-cycle, including all necessary processing stages.
Research
In the research phase, it is crucial to listen and fully understand the client's vision and the required processing requirements. This includes analyzing ideas, researching materials, and developing sketches.
Model – Prototyping – Sampling
A phase that encompasses the creation of the model, the realization of garment prototypes, and finally the sample collection, which will be the reference model for production and the sales campaign.
Cutting
The cutting phase is managed to ensure that the fabrics are correctly prepared before sewing. We will cut the fabrics based on the models, making sure to minimize waste.
Tailoring
In the tailoring phase, the cut parts will be sewn together with attention to detail, ensuring expertly made seams. Each piece will be finished in the quality control phase.
Prints - Embroidery
If the design requires custom prints or embroidery, we also guarantee these services. We use up-to-date printing techniques and artisanal embroidery services, for perfect results.
Ironing - Packaging
Before delivering the garments, we ensure they are market-ready with our ironing service. Each piece will be carefully ironed and accurately packaged.
