In third-party clothing production, after the research phase, we move on to the creation of models, prototypes, and samples.

Model Creation

Our model makers translate the sketches giving life to the models.

In this step, attention is paid to every detail, and in particular the aim is to guarantee impeccable accuracy and fit.

We follow all of the client’s instructions, working in line with their vision. Designers, tailors, production experts, and creatives are involved in this process.

We will create the initial models based on your ideas, combining creativity, experience, and the most effective fashion trends. These models will serve as the starting point for your customized project.

After finalizing the models, we move to the prototyping phase, where the design, fit, and concrete details of the garment are evaluated, ensuring it is perfectly aligned with your expectations.

Prototyping

In this phase, prototypes of the garments are made.

Prototyping is a phase where any changes deemed useful can be made.

All the refinements that the client wishes to make before the actual production of the clothing and the sample collection can be incorporated.

Thus, once the models are finalized, the prototyping phase considers the design, fit, and details, ensuring that the garment meets expectations.

The prototypes will be refined based on your feedback and revisions, ensuring that every aspect is optimized.

Sampling

Once a prototype that fully meets the needs is achieved, a sample collection can be created.   We will then create the final samples of your garments. These samples are the tangible representation of your vision. The sample collection created will then be the reference model for the sales campaign. We use the best and most sustainable materials for the project, ensuring the highest quality. Most importantly, your vision is materialized, taking care to consider and, if applicable, incorporate the latest fashion trends. For this reason, all the experience accumulated by X- MOD srl, which was founded by individuals who have worked closely with prestigious Italian and international brands over the years, becomes valuable in this phase.
