The ironing and packaging phase plays a critical role in a clothing manufacturing company, which is why at X- MOD srl we put so much effort into preparing the finished product for delivery to customers.
This phase is crucial to ensure that the garments are ready for distribution and meet the quality standards required by customers. Below, the main activities involved in this processing step are described, which we divide into 5 phases.
1 – Receipt of Clothing. The first phase is the receipt of garments from the production workshop. These garments may have already been cut, sewn, washed, according to the customer’s needs.
2 – Quality Control. Before proceeding with ironing and packaging, it is important to perform a quality control to identify any defects, stains, or production issues. Garments with defects can be sent back for corrections or discarded, ensuring that only perfect products are delivered to customers.
3 – Ironing. After quality control, the garments undergo an ironing phase. This operation is meant to remove any wrinkles or creases, ensuring that the garments are presented impeccably and ready to be worn.
After ironing, the products are professionally packaged. The packaging can vary depending on the client's needs and the type of clothing produced. Typically, garments are carefully folded and placed in bags, boxes, or custom envelopes, equipped with brand tags, garment care instructions, and other relevant information.
Finally, the packaged garments are ready for shipment to customers. The ironing and packaging phase carried out by X- MOD srl plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of products and their professional presentation. We manage this phase with care to best meet the expectations of our customers.
