In the research phase, our first task is to fully understand your vision and job requirements.
In this phase we proceed with the creation of the model, the prototypes of the garments, and then the sample book, which will be the reference model for the production and sales campaign.
The cutting phase has the task of ensuring that the fabrics are prepared correctly before sewing. We cut fabrics based on patterns, minimizing waste.
With the package, the cut parts are sewn together with attention to detail, ensuring expertly made seams. Each item will be subjected to careful quality control.
When the garments are ready to be delivered, we ensure that they are perfect and ready to arrive on the market thanks to the ironing service. Every single item is then professionally packaged.
If the project requires custom embroidery or printing, we also provide these services. We use new generation techniques and printers, we perform artisanal embroidery.
